Spa Receptionist

Continually growing and expanding holistic health spa affiliated with local hospital is seeking a part-time reception team member to join our seasoned staff. Part-time candidates must be available evenings and weekends. Candidates must be available for a long term commitment to the spa.

Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth and professionalism
Maintaining highest level of customer service
Leading team of spa receptionists
Providing timely reports for spa administration
Selling a minimum requirement of retail sales for commission
Handling phone, email and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining engaging, organized and retail area in the Rasa Boutique
Maintaining inventory of office supplies
Coordinating daily operations and traffic flow of spa
Serving as personal assistant to spa owner when needed
Customer satisfaction: Handle client feedback and complaints with grace, maturity and professionalism
Working to ensure clients needs are exceeded
Completing daily opening or closing procedures
Organizing schedule of services to fully utilize time and profitability


Skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Advanced computer skills in database management
Self-motivated and self-directed
Pleasant voice, demeanor and appearance
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize time to ensure task completion
Excellent oral and written skills
Excellent organizational and listening skills
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Background or strong interest in spas and holistic health care
Experience leading teams or individuals
Must be a team player
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Detail oriented
