What do you like to do to stay healthy?

To stay healthy, I focus on the basics-getting enough sleep and exercise, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, and reducing stress.    

What brought you to Rasa and when did you start coming to the spa?  

I started coming to Rasa a month or so after it first opened. As a massage therapist and someone who really loves massage, I was excited to check out what Rasa had to offer.   I'd heard really good things about the beauty of the space and about the quality of the therapists working there. It was all true!  I guess I didn't want to leave because soon after my first massage, I became a member.   

How do you utilize your Rasa Essence Membership? 

I became a member of Rasa because I wanted to make a commitment to living better, to reducing my stress, and to getting regular bodywork, so that's my primary use of the membership.  It's also given me a little extra incentive to make it to the gym regularly. Every visit to the gym has become a mini-spa day, so that reward has really helped me to regularize my workouts.     

What treatments have you had at Rasa?  Do you have a favorite? 

I have so enjoyed the massages and facials I've had at Rasa.  One of the things I like best is that the therapists at Rasa really go beyond the traditional spa massage.  There's much more focus put into tailoring the session to the client's needs and to actually addressing what's going on in a particular person's body.   

Would you recommend Rasa Spa? 

! From the front desk staff to the therapists, everyone is so friendly and welcoming.  The bodywork I've received is continually excellent and the facilities are beautiful, warm, natural, and relaxing!  I couldn't recommend it more highly.
