Prenatal Plus
Our Prenatal Plus is a combination of two different types of bodywork, specifically tailored for the expectant mother.
First, we start with a 60-minute prenatal massage, designed to give relief to the body as it undergoes its preparation for birth. Then, we add on a 30-minute reflexology session targeting the feet. Our feet take a beating day in and day out but rarely get focused attention. With expectant mothers, that same daily grind becomes even more difficult and sometimes painful, as weight gets put on during gestational growth.
Add to that the heat of summer and being with child can be challenging on numerous levels. Summertime is the perfect time to give those who are expecting a much-needed respite and some relaxation.
