The word Purna means "perfect" or "complete" in Sanskrit and while this session focuses on the hands and feet it will leave you feeling completely cared for. Your feet and hands will move through a full range of therapies: a scrub to exfoliate and stimulate circulation, round full movements and stretches to open the tissue and encourage blood flow to the core, and massage down to every knuckle, fingertip and toe to complete the experience. All the while you will be immersed in the stillness and warmth of a castor oil pack on your core, helping to soothe and pull toxins.

This unique session incorporates several of Rasa's unique essential oil blends. The Purna incorporates Red Flower's Ohana Gingergrass fabulous scrub, a Rasa oil blend and cream, some of which can all also be purchased for use at home.
