The recuperative and healing properties of hydrotherapy sessions such as wraps are widely known. During these treatments, the nerves carry impulses from the surface of the skin deep into the body, stimulating the immune system, influencing the production of stress hormones, invigorating circulation and digestion, encouraging blood flow, and lessening pain sensitivity. These sessions also serve to slough away dead skin cells which can clog the skin, making it prone to irritation and breakouts.
At Rasa, our wraps offer a time-honored approach to the elimination of toxins and the hydration of our skin via some of our favorite locally-produced and handcrafted quality goods.

This wrap is a perfect way to help soothe sore muscles. Using locally made hand-crafted Magic Mend from Heartstone Herbal, this wrap will nourish the skin, increase circulation, and calm overworked muscles.
Hungarian Moor Mud
More than 1,000 plant extracts and trace elements are found in this natural mud. It draws out impurities, stimulates blood circulation, and leaves the skin feeling energized. The name is derived from the wonderful deep black color of the mud.
