An ongoing class designed to offer beginners an in-depth introduction to the basics of meditation through the practice of "peaceful abiding." By learning a simple breathing technique you will relieve stress and address the complexities, obstacles, and joys of meditation. Ideal for beginners as well as students who have an established practice they would like to enhance in a group setting.

With regular meditation practice, as little as 10 minutes a day, we can train ourselves to recognize and release distracting thoughts and emotions, allowing the mind to settle into its inherent stability, clarity, and strength.

Reservations are preferred but not required; don't be afraid to drop in. There is a $5 fee for the class or pay $10 and include a spa day pass for the remainder of the evening.
