Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, hands-on technique that can benefit every body. Sessions aim to detoxify and support the immune system, treat acute or chronic pain (with or without swelling), relieve headaches and sinus pressure, support post-surgical healing, or prepare for or recover from an athletic endeavor. Many post plastic surgery patients have found it invaluable to reduce swelling and healing time.
Receiving lymphatic drainage massage is soothing, like being gently rocked in our own internal tides. It’s not uncommon to fall asleep on the table. It is a light touch therapy, but can effectively treat tissue in a way that deep tissue work does not.
