Pranassage is a blend of yoga and bodywork that produces deep relaxation, openness, and peace in the receiver.  It draws from Thai massage, traditional bodywork, and yoga, and the intention is for the receiver to learn what yoga can feel like in his or her body and then incorporate that into daily life. There is no need for the client to have any past background in yoga. For the seasoned yogi, Pranassage supports ongoing inspiration and direction in your practice.

Completed on a floor mat, the client should wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement. Your therapist actively engages your body in yoga poses, stretches, and massage. You can expect to be deeply stretched and relaxed at the end of your Pranassage session.
