The recuperative and healing properties of hydrotherapy are widely known, forming the basis of the broader spa movement that we know today. During this kind of treatment, the nerves carry impulses from the surface of the skin deeper into the body, where these impulses are instrumental in stimulating the immune system, influencing the production of stress hormones, invigorating circulation and digestion, encouraging blood flow, and lessening pain sensitivity.

At Rasa, each treatment we offer serves multiple therapeutic purposes, for our external as well as internal selves. Hydrotherapy means both lovely smells and invigorating textures, courtesy of our signature oil blends and product lines, and a time-honored approach to the elimination of toxins and the hydration of our skin. Treatments are either exclusively Rasa or brought to us from our partners at Naturopathica, in which case they are noted by an asterisk. If you are sensitive to essential oils, we will be happy to end your session by applying our plain Rasa body butter.
