Body Sustainability

6 week series on Monday evenings at 6 pm
Class dates: January 28, Feb 4-11 (no class Feb 18), Feb 25 – March 11

Want to feel more at ease in your body?  With Yamuna Body Rolling we use specially designed balls to activate and align our bones and our muscles, to learn about ourselves and to feel empowered in our bodies; to release tension, holding patterns, trauma, and discomfort. We increase circulation, decompress joints, stimulate bone, expand breath, improve posture, and connect to our deeper selves. Each week has a different focus: The Breath, The Hips, The Shoulders, The Legs, The Spine, The Abdomen.

Who this class is for: Women. Women of all ages. Women with a curiosity to understand their own bodies more, women who want to feel well in their bodies; women who want more length and space and breath; women who want to feel alive in their bodies; women who want to let go of old patterns and make space for the new.

Advance registration by Sunday, January 20th: $120
Registration after January 20th: $150

Most recently Zoe completed a training program in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with John and Anna Chitty at The Colorado School of Energy Studies in Boulder, CO.

After 19yrs of teaching in NYC, The Hamptons, The Bay Area, Paris, Boulder, Southern California, and the Washington D.C. metro area, Zoe is now living and teaching here in the Finger Lakes, where she lives with her husband and young daughter.
