Ananda

Ananda is Sanskrit for “the bliss of being.” Focusing on the pressure points on the scalp and based on an ancient Ayurvedic treatment, the Ananda will bring you to a place of bliss and presence.

Using warmed oils of vetiver and sandalwood and gentle massage to work the oils into your hair and scalp, the treatment clears the hair follicles, stimulates new hair growth, brings moisture to the skin, and leaves the hair revitalized.

The Ananda is a treatment created by, and exclusive to, Rasa Spa. Our guests and staff agree that it is truly one-of-a-kind and one of the sessions that makes Rasa so unique as a destination spa.

The Ananda treatment is suitable on all hair textures. Use your best judgement when booking this treatment while wearing protective hairstyles such as cornrows, box braids, locs, and twists, or any type of sew-in, tape-in or bonded hair extension, as the oil and massage may shorten the lifespan of these styles.
