Somatic Sojourn Sessions

Somatic Sojourns are skillfully guided trauma-sensitive somatic meditations that help cultivate a connection between body and mind, encouraging you to become more aware of your own physical sensations, emotions, and internal experiences. Guided somatic meditations can provide a safe space for individuals to explore and process past traumas, facilitating healing and integration. By focusing on bodily sensations, individuals may find it easier to release pent-up emotions and tension, leading to a feeling of emotional lightness and clarity. Engaging in these meditations can activate the body’s relaxation response, helping to lower stress levels and promoting an overall sense of calm and tranquility.

Somatic sojourn sessions take place in a private treatment room. Comfortable clothing is suggested, or if you’d like to snuggle up in a robe, that works too!
